All-Phase Electric Supply is a nationally recognized provider of a full range of industrial safety, health and hygiene, and equipment solutions for the manufacturing industry.
We are also a recognized leader in providing these solutions through educational programs and workshops for employees and operators.
With an emphasis on providing solutions through direct sales to customers, we are able to offer lower cost products, superior service and flexible work schedules than can be found with an equipment rental or a service contract.

Duties:
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers as they purchase equipment from us or enter orders into our system.
Assist customers with product selection, order status updates, returns/refunds, shipping/delivery information and other questions as needed.
Assist with receiving incoming products from customers or delivery by unloading items from vehicles.
Assist in preparation of orders for shipment by preparing paperwork, packing materials and preparing delivery documents.
Prepare shipping labels, packing materials and other paperwork for delivery of products to customers.
Maintain warehouse inventory by following procedures and guidelines set forth by All-Phase Electric Supply or All-Phase Electric Supply management.
Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times.
Report any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager.
Operate forklifts when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
